We handle both planning and booking for flights, accommodations, and experiences using your approved travel budget.
Is the cost of flights and hotels included in your pricing?
No. Our concierge fee covers the planning, coordination, and expertise behind your trip. Flights, accommodations, and experiences are booked separately using your provided budget.
What if I don’t know where I want to go yet?
That’s completely normal. We offer a Destination Matchmaking service to help you choose the destination that best fits your vibe, budget, and goals before planning begins.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. Many clients start with FUN or ADVENTURE and upgrade once they decide they want more support.
Do you work with first-time international travelers?
Absolutely. Our process is designed to guide you step by step so you feel confident from planning through departure.
Do you provide support during the trip?
In-trip support and real-time itinerary changes are included in our FREEDOM (VIP) Concierge package. FUN and ADVENTURE packages are designed for travelers who prefer everything finalized before departure.
What happens if plans change during my trip?
Real-time changes are handled through our FREEDOM tier. Other packages are intentionally designed to flow smoothly without adjustments during travel.
Why don’t you book hostels?
CQ prioritizes comfort, quality, and safety to ensure an elevated travel experience aligned with our brand values.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out 4–6 weeks before departure for FUN and ADVENTURE trips.
For FREEDOM (VIP) trips, a minimum of 14 days is required, with 6–10 weeks strongly recommended for the best availability and experience quality.
When is payment due?
A deposit is required to secure your booking and begin planning. The remaining balance is due once your initial itinerary draft is delivered.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes. We offer a 48-hour cancellation window. Full cancellation details are provided during booking.
